ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Is my order subject to duty payments and customs?

Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. 

The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they will be responsible for any additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

RETURNS

Returns Terms & Conditions

Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying McNutt of Donegal either by email or fax within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at hello@mcnutt.co within 28 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If a return is necessary, we will advise you of the returns procedure for your area.  Delivery/duties/taxes incurred by your return are at your own expense. You may return your purchased goods within 28 days of date of invoice to McNutt of Donegal at the address provided below. The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition with garment tags still attached.

If you receive a damaged item, please email photos to hello@mcnutt.co within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods McNutt of Donegal reserve the right not to accept them upon return. McNutt of Donegal will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to McNutt of Donegal, following communication with us, and obtain suitable insurance for the value of the goods enclosed.

Note: The value of returns or refunds is the value at time of purchase.
